If between January 12, 2016, and July 30, 2024, you requested or obtained video content on the Viki website (viki.com) while in the United States and at a time, had a Facebook account and a Viki account, then you may be eligible for settlement benefits. To receive a benefit, you must complete a Claim Form.

To complete this online claim form, you must login. You can find your Unique ID & PIN printed on the Notice that was sent to you. If you lost or did not receive a Unique ID and PIN but believe you are a class member, you should contact the Claims Administrator at info@VikiVPPASettlement.com to request a Unique ID and PIN. You will be asked to provide documentation, such as your browsing history, that demonstrates that you requested or obtained video content on the Viki website (viki.com) between January 12, 2016, and July 30, 2024, while in the United States and at a time when you had a Facebook account and a Viki account.

The deadline to submit a Claim Form is September 22, 2025.
